Absolutely. All gluten-free mixes and pasta are produced in a dedicated allergen-free
facility. They are free from the top 9 allergens (gluten, dairy, egg, soy, nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, sesame) and certified gluten-free (<5ppm). Safety is non-negotiable.
Our integrated facility has a monthly capacity of 150,000 MT for rice and rice flour and 500 MT for gluten-free dry mixes and pasta. We operate 24/7 and can scale for large, ongoing contracts.
Yes. We produce high-purity rice starch and modified tapioca starches (pregelatinized,
cross-linked) for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food industries. Technical data sheets are available.
We use moisture-barrier packaging with oxygen absorbers where needed. All gluten-free products are sealed in a certified clean-room environment. Containers are inspected and loaded under strict hygiene protocols.
Yes. Our export team has extensive experience with phytosanitary certificates, certificates of origin, and customs documentation for the EU, US, UK, Australia, Japan, and ASEAN markets.
We provide complimentary product samples for serious buyers. Customers cover a modest shipping fee. For custom blends, development samples may incur a small production fee.
We are certified to the highest international standards: FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, and BRC. Our gluten-free facility is also certified by the GFCO (Gluten-Free Certification Organization) and follows BRCGS standards.

Definitely. Custom formulation and private labeling are our specialties. We can adjust flour blends, develop unique gluten-free mixes, and design packaging to your exact specifications, with minimum order quantities discussed upon project scope.
For rice/flours: 25kg/50lb poly-lined woven bags, 1-ton FIBCs (bulk bags), or vacuum-sealed
retail bags. For gluten-free products: 10kg/22lb food-grade plastic pails, 20kg foil-lined boxes, or custom retail-ready pouches.
We ship primarily from Ho Chi Minh City (Cat Lai Port). Lead times are 10-15 days for sample orders and 25-35 days for full container loads (FCL), depending on destination.
Standard terms are 40% deposit with order, 60% balance against copy of Bill of Lading for first orders. For established partners, we offer flexible terms like LC at sight or Net 30 days upon credit approval.
